What To Do When Customers Order the HealThy Mouth System From One of Our Distributors
Details
- Add the “purchased hms through a wholesaler” and “online hms educational materials” tags to the email in HS.

Ask the person to email us a copy/pic of their receipt or packslip so we can help them set up an account to give them access to the online HMS educational materials.
- When they send the receipt, verify that they did indeed purchase the HMS. Then create a customer record for them in IS/Keap and Shopify and add the usual “healthy mouth system” tags on both.
- Add notes to the customer records to document that this person purchased the HMS through X wholesaler so we gave them access to the HMS ed materials (In IS/Keap, these notes go in the “Person Notes” tab. In Shopify, these notes go in the timeline at the bottom of the customer record).
- Send the account activation invitation email through Shopify.
- Send the customer a follow-up email letting them know that we’ve sent them the account activation invitation email (you can reference example replies that have the “purchased hms through a wholesaler” tag on them).
